This month we're featuring our Award Winning Simply Farmstead Feta. It won the judge's hearts in October at the 2011 American Dairy Goat Association Cheese Competition, as it was the only Texas cheese to bring home an award.
It's slightly salty flavor and firm, crumbly texture make it perfect for casual nibbling, or adding to your favorite salad or entree recipe. You simply can't go wrong.
